Day Four
Value Creation and Measurement
This module continues from the previous day by focusing on internal value creation and measuring the value generated. While tangible efforts are easy to measure, this module also sheds light on intangible value. Companies must account for intangible value created during digital business transformations. Business cases are introduced as they form the basis for any strategy, plan, or policy a company may undertake.

The final element of the THRIVE framework is Enterprise. Enterprise Management
In this module, we review the different management areas required when a company decides to transform. Portfolio, programme, and project management are vital to the transformation process. The module also highlights Organisational Change Management (OCM), explaining why an OCM committee plays a significant role in business transformation. We learn that while firm procedures and strategies are important, companies must also maintain agility to address changes as they arise.

Day Five
- Transformation Roadmap
Day Five is the concluding day of the course. We will be guided step-by-step through the 10 phases of the transformation roadmap that all companies undergo during their digital business transformation. A roadmap helps every member of an organization understand each step of the journey. The THRIVE framework provides the principles needed to build a roadmap tailored to your company’s environment.
Phase 1 explains the roadmap, followed by subsequent steps: aligning leadership, analyzing the market, establishing responses, and activating transformation readiness. The remaining phases are explained in the next module.

Transformation Roadmap Continued...
Any roadmap must be holistic, ensuring all THRIVE principles are applied. It helps you put these principles and lessons into practice in the correct sequence. This module details the remaining phases of the transformation roadmap: innovating strategically, preparing, prioritizing, and presenting business cases, defining portfolios, and executing and managing the transformation. We will also work on a digital business case to apply these lessons practically.

Course Conclusion
This module concludes all the lessons learned in the course. We compare two firms—one that follows THRIVE principles and one that does not—to understand why the framework is important, universal, and adaptable to various company objectives. We also view a short clip on why companies need to be digitally transformed today.
