In this fast-paced, intensive 5-day program, you will navigate the Double Diamond methodology: moving through the stages of Discover, Define, Design, and Deliver. Throughout the course, you will apply various skills and tools tailored to each phase, including Research, Stakeholder Mapping, and Persona Building in the Discover phase; Customer Journey Mapping, Reframing the Challenge, and Ideation in the Define phase; Prototyping, Testing, and Implementation in the Design phase; and handling iterative feedback in the Deliver phase. Additionally, you will identify areas for personal growth as industry experts from both theoretical and practical backgrounds guide your learning journey. You will also have the opportunity to validate your solutions with experienced practitioners and gauge the real-world impact of your project through this comprehensive program.
