Module 3

Defining the right problem

  • Ability to define the customer’s problem
  • Introduce criteria from general to specific
  • Indicate concrete steps for further change and initial implementation

Module 4

Idea generation

  1. Brainstorming

  • Ability to generate ideas
  • Understand the principles of brainstorming
  • Understand the principles of listening-oriented communication

Module 5

Prototyping

  1. How to create a basic solution prototype
  2. How to maintain the customer’s perspective during prototyping
  3. Let the customer speak – co-creation of the prototype with the customer

  • Ability to create prototypes using available tools
  • Ability to present and discuss what was created
  • Understand product features and correlate them with customer needs

Module 6

Testing

  1. Defining the testing area
  2. Establishing the scope of tests
  3. Phasing
  4. Verification of the product acceptance and approval process

  • Ability to create an effective test acceptance process

Requirements

The training aims to introduce participants to the Design Thinking methodology.

Previous knowledge or experience with this topic is not required to participate in this training.
