  • The BCM policy and its documentation.

Module 2: Identifying Threats and Vulnerabilities

  • The implications of failing to deliver a product or service as agreed
  • Determining acceptable downtime limits for processes
  • Implementing preventive measures and understanding their application

Module 3: Creating and Executing a Business Continuity Plan

  • The various components of a plan
  • The costs and benefits associated with each plan
  • Defining responsibilities for different plans within the organization
  • The structure of a plan
  • Organizational resilience and recovery following a threat
