Course Outline
Acquire knowledge and practical experience in the following QA and testing subjects, among others:
- IT delivery models (including DevOps, Scrum, and SAFe®)
- The VOICE model for achieving business value through IT delivery
- CI/CD pipelines and associated tooling
- QA and Testing topics, such as:
- Quality and test policy
- Monitoring and control
- Anomaly management
- Reporting and alerting
- Estimating and planning
- Metrics and continuous improvement
- Infrastructure
- Organizing quality engineering across multiple teams
- End-to-end testing within a single team or across multiple teams
- Quality characteristics and test varieties
- Personal, interpersonal, and team skills for effective collaboration within and across teams.
The course allows participants to gain hands-on experience with these subjects through concise introductions followed by relevant exercises, with ample opportunity for all participants to share their experiences. During the course, participants will also practice exam-style questions.
Course registration includes the cost of the TMAP® Organizing built-in quality at scale exam voucher. The examination is administered in partnership with iSQI. Using this voucher, you can schedule the exam at a date and location of your preference.
Requirements
This training course requires basic knowledge of information technology, experience working in teams, and familiarity with Agile working methods. While no specific certifications are mandatory, we strongly recommend first obtaining the “TMAP: Quality for cross-functional teams” certification.
